FIELD NOTE 07 / LIVE SUPPORT

Known issues.
Official status.

A dated separation of fixes already released, changes only planned, and problems still under investigation.

Resupply 1.1 fixed additional controller menu paths, a perk failure after swapping Responders, Beginner Solo supply drops, and other named problems. Its release notes still list squad formation under certain network conditions, helicopter edge extraction, some PS5 achievements, and controller focus edge cases. Older issues absent from the 1.1 notes remain unconfirmed here rather than automatically fixed.

Status date: September 26, 2026. A launch-week item is marked fixed only when the cited 1.0.3.1, 1.0.4.0, or Resupply 1.1 notes name its fix.

Fixed in Hotfix 1.0.3.1

Section titled “Fixed in Hotfix 1.0.3.1”
  • Memory-related crashes that occurred most often with heavily customized Responders, squads, DLC outfits, and patterns.
  • A crash caused by leaving the menu too quickly while handling character customization.
  • Hidden Early Access save data that could produce an incorrect controller scheme; applying the fix reset keybinds.
  • Incorrect patterns on some Responder customization items.
  • Additional server-stability improvements.
  • Regional proximity routing and a false “server is full” error when entering a match.
  • Some forgiven disconnect deaths and loss of a Rescue Beacon-carrying Responder after leaving a match.
  • “Awaiting Respawn” appearing when respawning was disabled; Survival now has a final respawn after Wave 3 and at extraction start.
  • The missing “Guiding Light” achievement after Lighthouse and getting stuck in the Broadway tracks.
  • Maximum sensitivity increased from 2 to 6.
  • Controller scoreboard navigation for mute, block, and report, plus blocked players not being muted.
  • Weekly Assignment notification input loss and the Fierra DB12 not counting as a shotgun.
  • Several cosmetic, loadout-slot, preview-save, menu-focus, healing-interruption, and ADS-zoom issues.

Resupply 1.1 subsequently added a final respawn window at extraction start on Normal difficulty. Check your current difficulty before relying on that window.

  • Perks that sometimes failed after swapping Responders, and reduced loadout ammo for Responders who backfilled into a match.
  • Beginner Solo supply drops that sometimes failed to appear; misleading “Find Other Responders” text was also removed from Solo.
  • Named controller focus and selection paths across menus, plus a new bind for incoming squad and friend requests. The developer still lists some focus edge cases.
  • Achievement progression updating more frequently; the General Contractor achievement should no longer unlock without a Crowbar. This does not mean every platform achievement is fixed.
  • A final Normal difficulty respawn window at extraction start.

Earlier launch items not confirmed fixed by the 1.1 notes

Section titled “Earlier launch items not confirmed fixed by the 1.1 notes”
  • Memory improvements for lower-end machines and Xbox Series S.
  • Graphics settings returning to the top after a change.
  • Missing textures, especially on PS5.
  • Squad formation under certain network conditions, and Responders left behind near the edge or sides of the extraction helicopter.
  • Some PS5 achievements failing to unlock.
  • Controller focus edge cases after the named 1.1 fixes.

Older reports without a confirmed 1.1 resolution

Section titled “Older reports without a confirmed 1.1 resolution”
  • GeForce NOW crashes after the Terms of Service screen.
  • Crossplay-toggle adjustments for matchmaking time when crossplay is disabled.
  • The Unload keybind not rebinding correctly.
  • Occasional random controller vibration.

The launch-week post says some Nvidia users encountered hitching that appeared to be resolved by updating graphics drivers. That is the official observation for that reported case, not a promise that every performance problem has the same cause.

  1. Match your symptom to the exact wording and status above.
  2. Check the official news page for a newer hotfix before applying old advice.
  3. Treat “planned” and “under investigation” as unresolved until release notes say otherwise.
  4. Report a reproducible issue through the official in-game, Discord, or support channels linked by the developer.
